The project activities are entirely based on the use of innovative new technologies for organization and coordination of youth activities and projects. The base of their implementation will be the work with young people from across Europe through the platform www.youthforeurope.eu. The number 27 is leading in the work of each volunteer. He / she will:
- choose one of the 27 member states of the European Union, to be responsible of online. The responsibilities will include building a credible image of the country on www.youthforeurope.eu by writing articles and collecting materials; supporting organizations from this country in search of partners; helping young people from this country to participate in “Youth in Action”, and in particular EVS, projects; information support to young people from other countries who want to visit the country for which he/she is responsible; helping organizations in search of a partner from the country; helping other EVS volunteers from the present project in the promotion of their work among the target group of the volunteer, including by translating materials, developed during the project.
- choose one of 27 cities – district centers in Bulgaria, where to develop a sending project, using www.youthforeurope.eu. The project can be developed in any of the actions of the “Youth in Action” program (eg. EVS, exchange, seminar, etc.). Each volunteer will be entitled to two visits in the selected city to meet with the young people who wish to participate in his/her sending project.
- work in a dynamic team of up to 27 EVS volunteers, presenting and covering the entire European Union.

In the hosting organization every volunteer will have the role of a coordinator. He/she will coordinate the “Youth in Action” programme policy and “Open Youth” one in terms of the chosen target country using the site www.youthforeurope.eu. Furthermore, he/she will coordinate, chosen by him/her project for one of 27 district centers in Bulgaria. Each volunteer will be part of a team of up to 27 people, covering the territory of the EU at European level and of Bulgaria on national one.

Each volunteer will be included in two main activities of the organization:

- on European level: to develop and promote www.youthforeurope.eu;

- on national level: to work with young people from different areas for the implementation of projects under the “Youth in Action” programme;

“Open Youth” will provide full support to the volunteers for the development of ideas in the framework of this project and according to the available resources.

For example: The project hosts Maria from Portugal. For the 6 months of the project she chooses to be responsible for the Netherlands at European level and for Plovdiv at national. During her stay she:

- searches for and publishes interesting facts about the Netherlands on www.youthforeurope.eu;

- helps two Dutch youth groups to find appropriate partners for projects during their summer vacation;

- helps a Polish youngster to find a hosting organization and to organize his/her EVS stay in the Netherlands;

- assists a Polish organization in organizing a seminar with international participation;
