Summary of the project:The main objective of the project is to promote the participatory management of protected areas by involving young peoples from surrounding schools (Eco clubs) in order to identify the conservation status of some target species and habitats.
The unique manner of involving youth in biodiversity conservation of nature values, representative at local and regional level, change experience and promoting the ecological education will offer an outstanding approach for preserving nature as a blue print which can be applied in other regions.
Special considerations:Yes, most of the childre and students are come from poor mountain villages from Rodna Mountains.
