Special considerations:Yes. \\r\\nYoungsters without Borders in general and this EVS project in particular promotes and encourages the participation of youngsters confronted with various difficulties: social, economic, geographical and even educational ones. The involvement of this sometimes discriminated category of youngsters is being pursued both in relation to the volunteers as well as youngsters from the hosting communities. In what regards the volunteers, the ones originating from EECA are often confronted with economic and geographical obstacles while the ones from EU are socially deficient. The Romanian youngsters reside in underdeveloped urban and poor rural communities which includes most of them in a economic and geographically challenged category. \\r\\n
