Summary of the project:The purpose of our project is, to practice, learn, teach, share and use techniques and methods that can increase one\'s body awareness and acceptance.

How can we use our bodies?
How can we express ourselves through our bodies?
What are the differences in body awareness in different countries?
How can difficulties as eating disorders be avoided and combatted?

We are going to approach these and other questions by dealing with different techniques, e.g. improvising theater, clowning, acting, dancing, juggling, phantomime, balance,...

There will be 5 countries:
Austria (host), Bulgaria, Slovenia and we are looking for 2 more.
