Summary of the project:European School Club is an informal group of students and teachers who focuses on expanding their knowledge about Europe (historical, geographical, cultural and economic). Volunteers get involved in club activities as well as initiate their own actions and lead them. They also take part in the realization of local and nationwide projects and prepare workshops concerning minorities, racism, anti-semitism, xenophobia, etc. The Club needs 1 volunteer for the period of 9 months between October 2010 and June 2011.

-The desirable volunteer’s features:
- willing to cooperate with children, teenagers and teachers;
- experience in working with young people would be useful but not essential,
- he/she should be an active and responsible person ready to face new challenges
- we do not have any requirements concerning the sex, age or the country of origin;
- he/she should be English speaking person at least at the basic level (German as a second language is also welcomed)
