Summary of the project:AFAIJ Spain is planning 6 days international Seminar reflecting about the importance of Volunteers activities in European Countries and the New Perspectives in this field in the development of an active citizenship. Next Year, it will be the European Year of Volunteering 2011, and after International volunteering day, we offer this seminar as a open space to talk about the rol of the voluntary activities nowadays, sharing our experiences and best practices in the implementation of voluntary actions and new ways of collaboration during the European Year of Volunteering and following years.

Aims:
- to get a general overview about Voluntary Service and the dynamics of the projects which are already developed in different countries.
- To reflect the rol of the voluntary services in the civic society and its evolution from the past to the nowadays, till the future.
- to analyse the profile of the volunteers in today\'s society and to deepen in his/her motivations and his/her expectations.
- to create a meeting place for exchanging experiences and best practice in voluntary service.
- Strengthening and creation of partnerships and new projects
