Summary of the project:project host a volunteer responds to our intercultural activities: sending volunteers European support for projects, intercultural learning. We would go further in our experience and enrich our practice by hosting a European volunteer.
As a training and non-formal education structure, it seems logical to expand our practice by accompanying a young European volunteer in the discovery of French culture and the area of socio-cultural work. This work of transmission and support is at the heart of our practice.
The hosting activity will be a rewarding experience for the structure, professionals, volunteers and the activity itself. It also seems important to have that hosting experience to know better the European voluntary service and to allow French volunteers accompanied by our association to be in direct contact with a volunteer. It is also an intercultural issue, we lead numerous projects on this theme, the idea of living the intercultural encounter within the association appears to us most rewarding for our target groups as well as for our employees and volunteers .
