Summary of the project:When did you last time spend a week in a wildwood? Eat blueberries directly from a bush? Have a chance to see, feel, touch and get to know a wild and diverse forest? Isn't that surprising how much we know about tropical forests' problems in comparison to our European forests' problems?
We have a project for you. It's called "Forest - welcome home" and its aim is to improve your knowledge about natural forest ecosystem, its biodiversity and protection.
We would like to invite 2 to 3 members of your organization to our workshops, which will take place in Bieszczady Mountains in South-East Poland. We especially invite organizations from Eastern Europe interested in forest topic area, but it is not a requirement - every organization is highly welcome.
We offer you 10 different workshops about forest protection, sustainable tourism, eco-friendly mountain huts, forests' cultural meaning, photography and many others.
In addition, for better understanding forest's problems, we will have 3 kinds of field workshops about biodiversity in forest ecosystem, feeling forest with all our senses and surviving skills in the forest.
