Seminar for experienced partners in EVS specially with youngsters disadvantaged.
The project “Inclusion EVS in Europe” is designed in order to bring added value to EVS projects that will be implemented in the future in EU member states and neighboring countries. Nowadays, European Voluntary Service projects are becoming popular all over the world and the number of financed projects has increased in the last years. From the experience of our team and by taking into account the opinions of our partners in EVS activities, there is a lack of information and experience regarding methods in implementing inclusion EVS projects. In addition to this, there is also a noticeable lack of involvement of the beneficiaries after their project has finished and this means a bad management of the learning outcomes of their EVS stay.
Therefore, the project originated from the idea that by involving promoters from different countries in Europe in a discussion on the topic of EVS inclusion, the project team will manage to contribute in the improvement of future voluntary inclusion projects not only in some of the EU member states but, more important, in countries around Europe also. In the terms of the project, improving EVS quality means managing the learning process of the beneficiaries in such a way that they can get involved in the labor market easily, they become more self confident and they overcome social exclusion barriers.

The main activities of the project have been designed in a way that they meet the general objectives of the event. Therefore, the schedule of the seminar meets the following aims:
