Summary of the project:Hello, we are a Association Board of trustees at National School of Folk Arts Filip Kutev in Bulgaria. Our organization considers to organize a youth exchange named "Force of the spring”. It is about how the youth will fight the economic crisis in Europe, by exchange of national and cultural values, and personal views, through non-formal education, national folklore dances and songs, handcrafts, focus on the spring, as a symbol of any onset. We want to consider exchanging an experience with different countries. For this particular exchange we will apply for “Youth in Action”. The duration of the exchange will be 9 days including the days of arrival and departure. The exchange will take place from 03.04.2011 to 11.04.2011. I expect your Part III, scanned by e-mail and the original by post to 15.10.2010. I hope you will be interested in this exciting initiative and I also hope to see you soon.
