Summary of the project:FLARE 21 is a new born non-governmental apolitical youth movement, sharing the conception that legality is a crucial pillar to guarantee democracy, justice and equality in terms of rights and freedoms to any citizen.

A society without the concern of this value is a society where the benefits of few prevail over the wellness of many for reasons of money making and personal ioncomes regardeless of the consequences over human beings, environment and governements. That is why, the value of legality needs to find its dignity and right position in our societies, lifestyles and attitudes.

To promote legality among youth, FLARE 21 makes the use of a well known tool in Europe: a YOUTH PLATFORM aiming to involve individuals and organisations that find a common basis in the value of legality. The goal of the platform is to offer space for networking, sharing and promotion of legality related projects on international level.

What does it mean to become a member of the FLARE21 Youth Platform?

Members of the platform can be individuals and organizations which don't have to be official members of the FLARE Network as we want to maintain the adhesion at the platform as open as possible. The membership fo the platform is for free and offers connection and sharing of topic related resources trough variety of communication tools such as mailing list, skype, newsletter etc.

All we ask to the platform followers is to share same principles, priorities and objectives in their activities and support the Charter of Principles by subscribing to it.

Organisations who adhere maintain their legal status and activities and can promote legality as their identity best suggests. The youth platform is a movement where youth organisations freely decide to adhere having the same or similar aims as described above. Moreover, a member organization of the platform can apply for the membership in FLARE Network and its application will be discussed within the following General Assembly of FLARE.

How does FLARE support youth projects and initiatives that promote legality?

The Youth department of FLARE network can offer support for the FLARE21 members by sharing related information and resources for fundraisng, events and projects; providing expertise (trainers and experts); promotional materials and gadgets as well as visibility of the FLARE21 members' activities and projects on the FLARE website.
