Summary of the project:Open Space Association is launching Globalization - React 2 Change!, a multilateral youth exchange in Hungary, involving at least 6 promoters. We already have Turkish, Polish and Latvian partners, therefore we are seeking for partners from other parts of Europe now, such as Portugal, France, Germany, Ireland, Norwegia, Holland, etc . We offer you a week of getting to know how globalization, this economic, social and cultural phenomenon is changing our daily lives without realizing it. A change that affects our habits, our way of doing actions, our aspect of seeing the world which sorrounds us. Our participants are going to widen their horizons thru interesting topics such as Mass Media, popstar and celebrity cult, new ideologies, economic and environmental education and many more! Apart from these we are going to discuss the importance of education through sport and participate in a fully integrated sport event (including canoeing), along with children threatened by social exclusion, which will surely enrich you with an unforgettable experience.
The age group of the participants is 18-25, leaders could be of course even over 30. One team consist of 5 participants + 1 group leader.
Our project is organized under sub-Action 1.1 of the YiA pogramme, so I am sorry, but members of SEE are not eligible for it.
