Summary of the project:The project results from a detailed analysis of the current reality of youth from which rises a series of "needs" including training needs, cognitive and communicative needs, dynamic-relational needs and the needs of socialization. In the first analysis, the project is aimed at a group of 20 persons composed by educators, social and cultural workers (practicing with youngsters), trainers and youth workers and advisers from Italy, XXXXXXXXX which are involved during the entire duration of the project (18 months) and who are the direct beneficiaries of training course funded by Youth in Action Programme.
The project increases young people’s access to information and communication channels, at European level; in fact, it is based on an intercultural learning process and is oriented to the critical
re-elaboration of curricular hypothesis, paths, didactic material and a training on the history of the multicultural society, migrations, exchanges, conflicts, forms of intercultural dialogue between subjects belonging to different reality and on different local, regional, national and European dimension of the personal identity. We think it’s better young people studying these things in this way,
non-formal, and the project will apply the principles and methods of non-formal learning. The training activity will be held in Alba, Cuneo Province, in Piedmont Region, and will last 10 days.
