Summary of the project:Career guidance measures and initiatives applied across Europe tend to support school completion and education-to-work transitions of young people. Although existing, involvement of youth workers in these processes, especially in SEE countries, should be better. Therefore this Training course aims at fostering capacities of youth workers to support young person’s transition processes from school to work and from adolescence into adulthood, and enhance their employability and employment skills.
Special considerations:Project is open for youth organizations - their youth workers are planned as training participants. We do accept youth workers working with young people at risk of school leaving and young people with fewer opportunity.
