Summary of the project:Turkey and Georgia is organizing the project. The Training of Trainers will be organized for youth workers from Youth in Action Programme Countries and Partner Countries from East Europe and Caucasus (EECA). The training is aimed to improve training competences of trainers, facilitators and team leaders on intercultural learning and anti-discrimination when working on international youth exchanges in cooperation with Neighboring Partner Countries.
Key elements of the training will be creating a structured day-by-day programme for an international youth exchange, session development, exercising workshops and exercises on intercultural learning and anti-discrimination, facilitation of sessions, feedback and evaluation.
