Due to poor literacy rates and inadequate education, Rhiza has decided to start a school and company amidst the capital city of
Ghana in order for their dreams to be achievable. Rhiza is able to combine employment with education by starting a company next to the school so that the graduates are able to work at
the company and in that way, are able to have a paying job. This combination is rather unique in contemporary development.
