Summary of the project:Our partner organisation from Austria, can't come so we are looking just for one organisation from AUSTRIA that could send three participants. Preferably if is an Environmental NGO, but its not need it.

The description of the activity is:

If you manage people or work with them, communication is a critical part of your occupation. The aim of this TC is to introduce to the participants the activities, behaviours and techniques that can help with effective team building and communication. Activities will focus on individual actions and team actions that help to build effective teams among the youth organisations. Creating strong cooperation is not an instant or easy process. It takes time, hard work and, what is the most important, the leader’s and the team’s full commitment. Ultimately, it is a new way of leading, requiring new behaviours and values.
