Summary of the project:With organizing this training we want to give opportunities to European organizations to share their experiences and gain knowledge about youth project management and the role and position youth takes in this field of work. The training goes deeper into the differences and similarities of youth work and want to encourage the concept of lifelong learning, to develop skills and competencies which promote active citizenship. Next to this we will focus on how youth work can activate youngsters to participate in youth exchanges.
